Billing Questions

Phenix Mutual offers two billing options, payment in full or quarterly payments of 25% of the total amount. All new business requires a payment, equaling a minimum of 25% of the policy premium and should be mailed with the application. 

With quarterly payments, a nominal service charge per payment will be assessed after the first billing. The first invoice will be sent to your agent along with the policy. Renewals and subsequent quarterly payments will be sent directly to the policyholder. If you have questions about your invoice or policy, please contact your local insurance agent.

Reporting a Claim

In the event you sustain damage to your home and/or property, please report this to your local insurance agent as soon as possible. An adjuster will be promptly assigned to your claim. 

If necessary, make temporary repairs to prevent further damage and please save the repair receipts. Remember it is important to keep damaged property for assessment by our adjuster. In addition, please keep an accurate list of any additional expenses relating to the claim, such as living expenses, clean up fees, or storage charges.
